Managed timelines and over 120 domestic and international deliverables for The Fourth Estate, a 4 part docu-series directed by Liz Garbus. Coordinated and tracked episodes as they locked, went through finishing and QC, and delivered. Communicated with Showtime, WDR/ARTE, and ro*co, as well as QC and captioning vendors.

Created and updated network paperwork for Investigation Discovery. Devised workflow for 4K media and track incoming footage as it was received, ingested, grouped, synced, and assembled. Trained new post coordinator. Collected and coded time cards. Managed drives and hardware trackers.

Created, updated and compiled network paperwork for Netflix. Maintained cut schedule. Coordinated rough cut, fine cut and program masters to Netflix. Worked closely with editors, story producers, and assistant editors to manage post workflow and to get shows through the online process. Booked talent and recording studios for voice over.

Delivered Discovery Wrap Bible, complete with Production Elements Logs, releases, Texted Elements Logs and other network materials. Performed quality control on program masters. Coordinated ADR sessions with recording studios and talent in New Zealand and New York. Built editor’s binders with lined scripts and facing pages.

Create and compile deliverables for several networks. Conduct research on clearance of musical, stock, and archival materials. Perform quality control. Create and submit music cue sheets. Maintain the purchase order logbook and online cloud storage. Work closely with Post Coordinators and Assistant Editors to manage post workflow and to get shows into the online pipeline.
