I generated and maintained multiple databases for contacts, research, progress, and releases. I researched, negotiated payment, scheduled, acted as point person, and administered payment to interviewees for the story department. I then collected and archived materials. I was responsible for B-Roll shoots in terms of scheduling, scouting, organization and execution.

I obtained each team's current stats, rosters, etc. I researched schools for unique clubs and teams, secured representatives and authorization from school administration, wrote summaries for sideline reporters, and coordinated interviews for half-time content. I also managed the weekly set build and break down, and other numerous game day needs.
