-Coordinated week long multi-million dollar commercial for Jack Daniels. Duties included hiring and managing crew, location scouting, paperwork and payroll, hiring and invoicing vendors, pulling permits for shoots, putting out call sheets, and setting up each shoot day and wrapping out.

-Coordinated with Production and Art across a 3-day music video shoot for a local church. Duties included ordering and invoicing supplies for Art, hands on help shopping and dressing each set, creating insurance certs for vendors, doing payroll for art dept crew, and assisting in general painting and assembling together of set pieces.

-Coordination and management of top level television and film productions in accordance to the standards and conditions of Warner Brothers Studios -Dealt directly w talent camps and management to make sure their Production stay and facilities at WB were up to par and sets were staged and managed up to Talent’s standards

Coordinated new creative projects and helped in development for future show content. Assisted Audrey Morrissey, EP of NBC's The Voice and her husband Ivan Dudynsky, CEO of Deviants and acclaimed game show director. Helped on set with shoots and helped to create sizzle reels for new content. Aided in overall Production Office duties and did full expense reports for both companies.

Worked as assistant coordinator and stage manager in the Talent department - Coordinated with Talent Manager and Head Stage Managers. Responsible for 40+ Musical Acts on 6 different Sound Stages.
