As co-producer I went location scouting at Palm Desert, CA and Riverside, CA. Next came the shotlist with the director, and afterwards the budget, which I financed half of. On set I worked closely with the director to see the script come to fruition.

As writer, I came up with the premise and wrote the script. Made specifically for the My Rode Reel contest, I came up with the idea of a fast paced action movie as a way to contrast the more dramatic pieces that had already been uploaded.

Using my Nikon d3200, I shot this student project using a combination of stationary shots, and handheld and dolly shots. I also manipulated lighting to achieve the dreary look during certain "dream sequences".

At my current internship I efficiently handle business phone calls, maintain office organization, make important runs quickly through the city, cover about 2 scripts a week, and attend development meetings where I have provided input. In addition, I have also helped write short form promotional material.

I acted as grip on set, assisting with the lighting gear, mostly moving and adjusting fresnel lights and the bounce board.

During this one-day shoot I assisted by helping to set up a 12'X12' silk screen, as well as resetting the set when necessary. I also helped out the script supervisor by ensuring continuity.

I filmed the interview and dramatization portions of this documentary of national commercial actor Frankie Ray. I was in charge of camera placement and operation, as well as lighting.
