• Responsible for making the daily shoot schedule, booking talent and prepping for filming, clearing locations for filming. • Responsible for researching archive photos, writing popups, and title/description for each episode.

• Responsible for scouting and clearing locations for filming, communicating with talent concerning shoot schedules, prepping talent for upcoming scenes, conducted OTF interviews, and directed entrance shots and various small scenes.

Talent wrangling; I was a day player for a few weeks (working in between gigs).

• Assisted the Executive Producer, Jay Bienstock, with various tasks in the field to help shoots run efficiently. • Completed story notes in the field, coordinated travel, organized calendar, managed day to day schedule, booked living arrangements, and performed other tasks to ensure that all needs were met.

• Responsible for scouting and clearing locations for filming. This included making sure that all owners completed locations contracts, consulting with legal department for requested amendments to the contracts, etc. • Organized all appearance releases obtained from the field and shipped to Los Angeles in preparation for post-production work.

• Release Assistant in the field (served as Coordinator when supervisor was off duty or performing other tasks). • Assisted Unit Production Manager in organizing international travel plans. Duties included researching locations, restaurant/meal planning, car rentals, verifying travel arrangements, and other important details.

• Duties included wrangling talent, assisting with office paperwork, obtaining completed release forms and completing proper documentation for all persons outside of talent/cast that appeared on film, transporting cast/crew to various locations, completing various runs to assist production, and a host of other tasks and assignments.

• Responsible for legally clearing all persons that were filmed and/or appeared on camera by completing release forms and proper documentation in preparation for data entry and post production work. • Assigned to camera crew to assist in the field by performing various tasks necessary to accomplish the objectives at hand.
