Coordinated script, travel/accommodation, crew/cast contracts, unit lists/admin, call sheets, prep diary, progress reports etc; script editing; worked closely with line producer on securing equipment deals; organized castings; supervised production assistants during shoot period.

Assisted accommodation coordinator in securing over 40 apartments in Dublin for international cast and crew; coordinated storyboard publishing to all departments; designed studio map; travel; admin etc.
