*Assisted Live Production & Events staff for production of pre-game and halftime concerts, dunk contest, and All Star game. *Transported executives & production crew in 15 passenger van. *Assisted stage managers with run of show and rehearsals. *Budgeted purchases for show props, tools, and supplies. *Maintained craft services for production staff and crew.

* Assisted Producer with all aspects of production. * Managed and the duties of the entire production crew, vendors, interns, etc. * Monitored communication between Red Bull and Production team, celebrity guests, and representatives. * Maintained production budget and oversaw payments to vendors and contract workers.

* Escorted performing artist to and from stage. * Followed up with talent and/or management in regards to accuracy, satisfaction of riders. * Assisted Stage Managers with run of show, getting artist and DJ to stage on time, and backstage/VIP management. * Carried out other requests made by stage manager.

* Served as first contact for all celebrity talent, management, and sponsor representatives upon arrival. * Communicated with talent's reps and drivers to ensure speedy exit to maintain crowd control. * Assisted Sponsorship Managers with main stage sponsor's on stage moments at the Super Dome and handled celebrity talent, representatives, winners, and contestants.

* Communicated with corporate sponsors to ensure timely arrival of representatives and their celebrity talent. * Assisted stage manager with escorting of talent, and management of sponsor reps and talent to ensure on time run of show. * Assisted sponsors with on-stage preparations, giveaways, and crowd participation.
