Tasks included multi-cam, syncing, offline/online workflow building, pulling and overcutting stock footage, troubleshooting editors' problems, setting up Evercast, and de-interlacing progressive video with burned in interlace artifacts.

Hired in 2008 as an assistant editor & promoted to editor after five months. Edited promo videos, music videos, sports videos, and actor demo reels. Work included compositing, color correction, titles, and other visual effects. Most projects required digital media capture from myriad sources (Blu-ray Player, PS3, Mentored by Emmy winning music editor Gerry Sackman.

Brought on to recut and Color grade for festivals. Delivery format included a DCP, Blu-ray, and MP4.

Brought on to re-edit short film for a film festival run and to help bring more attention to the feature length script.

Based on editorial experience, brought on to re-cut a fully edited film for distribution. Increased overall pacing, story flow, made characters appear more committed to their actions, and reshaped story. Work included compositing, color correction, titles, animations, and other visual effects.

Edited 74 minute independent dialog-driven film and trailer. The story follows nine characters from three households during the holiday season, and long form behind the scenes featurette. Worked directly with writer/director. Work included sound design, sound effects, foley, music editing, compositing, color correction, titles, and other visual effects. Won Best Comedy.
