His advanced editing abilities and style were evident with every project he was a part of, and I always had ...MORE... the sense that he truly cared about the final outcome.
His diligence and willingness to take on extra work beyond his assigned projects saved the day many times, helping our small crew meet crucial deadlines.
I particularly recall the hard work he put into painstakingly rotoscoping footage of a lizard for a VFX shot as part of our highly popular Paw Warz series. Despite the fact that this was outside of his job role as an editor, he was able to manage his time while handling multiple other projects, and he efficiently exported a carefully and professionally rotoscoped alpha channel in After Effects for our VFX team.
Between his technical knowledge and dedication as an editor, alongside his major talents as a DP, I highly recommend Shawn for your next video project.
