I reconciled PC, ordered set dec items online and via phone, picked up items, coordinated pick up and returns of items, headed up artwork for all sets, printed photos, was the liaison between accounting, set dressers, buyers, decorator and vendors. Coordinated with Clearance about artwork and gathered all needed releases.

Wrangled cast, assisted with lunches for cast and crew, assisted with PC reconciliation, and any tasks as assigned.

Collected and mailed weekly footage internationally, booked travel, research, assisted Producers with renting equipment, managed PA's, answered phones, created and paid PO's, completed weekly check reconciliation, and monthly credit card recs, scheduled maintenance for 11 production vehicles, assisted with account details for utilities, phones, internet etc. General upkeep. Tasks as assigned.

I drove the passenger van on numerous airport runs, crafty runs, and various runs as needed. Handled petty cash, was an on-set PA, and helped out with paperwork.

Ensured that the location of all cast members was tracked throughout the day and that they made all of their appointments on time. I helped shuttle them from the hotel to location and back. Also did Airport runs for the cast and executives. Lunch and other runs as needed.

I took lunch orders and made sure the restaurants had the meals ready when the crew arrived. I went on various runs and errands.

Assisted in loading in and out of equipment, took lunch orders and distributed, sent timecards into the office and drove the van. Other errands as needed.

Managed the flow of contestants and their families in and out of the "reveal" room. Coordinated with other PA's on walkies to ensure that timing would remain as scheduled.

Set Dec intern involved doing research on various items needed for decoration. Helping with basic office duties. On Set PA involved ensuring all present knew when the cameras were rolling, various runs for the AD and 2nd AD, and always keeping eyes on the actors and key crew.
