Assist Director on set with lights, mics, audio checks, ideas / questions for interviews. Saving and organizing memory cards and files. Giving ideas for shots and lighting / blocking. Managing time and coordinating interviews.

Was given the task to screen write in less than 24hours a short film with the given requirements of the 48hour film project. We had to use a recycling bin, use the phrase "Believe it or not it's true", have a florist character named Gregg or Greta, & do the short in a Mockumentary style. The film won audience choice award, best screenplay, and was nominated for the best film.

Assisted Anthony with on set tasks. Insuring the lead actors got their meals on time, hot, & exactly the way they wanted them. Ran minor errands if we needed a particular item. Insure messages were received by Director while on set & during long days. Made sure everyone on set signed an NDA & safety form.

Insure producers had everything they needed from staplers to paper, walkie talkies, live schedules, and meal times. Help insure rooms were properly set up and ready for break out conferences & workshops. Ensure crafty was on point. Staff room was locked and guarded. Largely assisted in Q&A on multiple days to insure there was a microphone accessible to a guest with a question, this event had an incredibly large audience.

Assist with crafty, help move production forward, help switch scenes by assisting with equipment, monitored lines being delivered & continuity being followed.

Insured everyone was hydrated and fed. Checked in and out walkies, signed in and out staff. Organized work space. Acquired, maintained, & set up crafty. Posted schedules, delivered messages & production items. Helped with whatever was needed on set that day :)
