FOH Sales Concierge: • Maximize on-site guest experience for studio directors, parents and teachers • Sell performances of dances, merchandiser, and additional event add-ons • Collect legacy information on studios to ensure their experience is tailor-made • Exceed sales goal week after week • Ensure accurate handling of all cash and credit translations in Square POS (five figure sales each week) • On road for 18 consecutive weeks per year • Responsible for load in and load out of department Social Ambassador: • Enhance on-site social media content on Instagram, Snapchat, and Facebook • Utilize professional video equipment vs mobile devices • Implemented geotagging into available social platforms • Designed new social documents and workflow to increase targeted engagement Concierge: • Contact new and returning studios about attending future competitions • Analyze and gauge satisfaction with on-site experience • Customize e-mails and contact engagement for every lead • Collate data in CRM software Other: • Contact and book venues/contracts to hold competition at • Operate camera at events
