· In charge of pre-screening leads, interviewing and collecting useful data on potential candidates. · Create and organize in depth excel spreadsheets for each lead recruited and interviewed. · Arrange, cast, prep, and schedule Zoom interviews for Casting Director.

-Coordinated the logistics of the beach clean-up, including securing location, permits, and cleaning supplies. Participants received gloves, t-shirts, trash bags, water, etc. -Managed the budget for production-related expenses in pre-production. -Acted as a point of contact for the crew and attendees, addressing their questions and concerns. -Documented and tracked expenses, receipts, and other financial records. -Ensured the production adhered to safety standards and regulations. -Assisted in post-production activities, such as event breakdown, returning rental equipment, final edits of recap vid, etc. -Prepared a wrap report summarizing the production's successes, challenges, and financial status.

· Responsible for phone and email correspondence with potential local and nationwide talent leads. · Read breakdown notices which describe the physical attributes and specific skills needed in potential talents. · Give opinion in the decision-making process to select cast.

-Work in tandem with Production Manager to organize and manage social media content, oversee budgets, assist with planning/schedule, and create group activities. -Coordinate travel and lodging arrangements for the ladies attending the retreat.

· Assemble entire background cast. · Analyze scripts and role characteristics. · Oversee and supervise projects from conception to completion.
