• Prepare background research on possible show participants for producers. • Conduct pre-interviews over the phone, and set-up schedule for on camera interviews and b-roll shoots. • Develop and maintain working relationships with agencies and publicists to ensure desired guests can be booked when needed. • Work with story producers to develop segment ideas. • Maintain a master booking calendar and a master booking database. • Working knowledge of the abilities and background of cast and potential guests to be able to provide producer and story teams with information needed to help develop story arc for filming.

Coordinate and secure live on-camera interviews for BET Music with talent off stage. Interviews were conducted on the fly, before and after on-stage performances during the A3C Hip Hop Festival in Atlanta.
