Communicated with 10 tractor drivers keeping them 2:45 mins apart, then giving each one a 1min, 30 seconds and 15 second warnings before letting them leave and I made sure everyone was sitting down all the way inside the tractor trailer. I had to encourage the 30-40 people to move faster but safe when they stepped on the trailer (each trailer) so they wouldn't conflict with my timing. Also, the drivers reported all the issues on their route to me and I had to switch radio channels to call the EMT's, Security, Wardrobe Dept, Actors Supervisor, Lighting and Music Dept all night long while keeping the show on time.
