Fully in charge of electronic and hard copy blueprint distribution for all builds, sets, and plans. Office management, including: opening and maintaining accounts with vendors, art and office supply orders, managing POs and payment of POs, time cards and other paperwork. Photo research for upcoming episode set designs and graphics.

Assisted producer in ensuring things ran smoothly on set. Billed as wardrobe supervisor after stepping up to coordinate costumes

Located and ordered props and set dressing for art director. Helped to dress Grand Central Station to shoot.

Additional Assistant brought on to help with coordinating paperwork.

Acted as Prop Master for the last week of prep and first week of shooting. Coordinated and located all props for the Prop Master and worked as on-set for every shoot.
