• Filled various roles including: Assistant to Chief of Staff, Office Coordinator, Assistant to Executive Producers/Co-Owners, Junior Producer, Development Assistant, and Sports Development Lead. • Coordinated all office-related activities related to various Alfred Street Industries productions. • Designed a more efficient scheduling process to set meetings & pitches. • Aided the Co-Owners (Dan Cutforth & Jane Lipsitz) in the day-to-day running of a fast-paced production company. • Screened & noted cuts for shows in Post-Production and provided feedback. • Created & Brainstormed challenges and show ideas for various reality competition shows. • Researched and built out various True Crime concepts. • Developed concepts to fit various mandates (both internal & external) and partner ideas. • Created pitch decks, both static and animated, for various show concepts to be presented both internally & externally. • Took the lead in the development of sports-related concepts; setting meetings, creating concepts, identifying exciting talent in the industry, and sourcing potentially available IP for exploitation.

As a Stage PA, I am in charge of organizing show binders for both Producers and Dr. Phil himself. Additionally, I am asked to research claims made by guests in the moment for accuracy. I work alongside the Show PAs to ensure everything runs smoothly.

As the Key PA, I was mainly responsible for coordinating the transportation of all of our contestants, using a team of Driver PAs. Additionally, I served as the go-between between Production Management and the PA's. Some additional responsibilities included: coordinating with all departments to ensure they had everything they needed, working with cast wranglers to monitor the movements of our contestants, and sourcing items to fit various production needs.
