Work to obtain proper clearances and releases for incoming viral videos. Assist with pitching UGC content to various advertising clients for turnkey projects. Clear videos for use in in-house productions including "Fail Army" and "Now That's Funny". Flag potential legal issues in viral videos we acquire. Assist with obtaining appearance releases for featured talent in Jukin owned videos. Help acquire new content.

• Assist the clearance supervisor in obtaining rights for all images and video used in shows. • Work with suppliers to license and credit all 3rd party materials. • Keep detailed spreadsheets of budgets for each show and create PO’s for payments. • Organize show files, physical and digital, with license agreements & releases.

• Assistant to the 2 Senior Supervising Producers and the 4 Hosts of “The Doctors” • Maintain calendars, production schedules, and travel arrangements for all 4 hosts. • Act as a liaison between producers and talent.

Work with staff to cast and coordinate audience members for talk show.

Work with production staff to distribute production materials to cast and crew, maintain day-to-day operations of the production office, and assist on set.
