I rewrote the script, cast for the script, organized the shooting schedule, provided the storyboards and overviews. I collected all legal documents of actors, crew, and the location owners. I helped my crew with the setup and break down for each day. I edited and created the one sheet and tagline for marketing purposes.

I helped with setting up scenes with the Props Department. I ensured that extras signed release forms and assisted with keeping the extras organized and set for the next shot. I also helped with the break down of the set and the loading of equipment and musical instruments.

I assisted the Sorbo family getting to and from set in a timely manner. I was also given the opportunity to help and work with other departments such as the Casting Department. I helped with casting and recruiting extras. I also shot the BTS videography and assisted the BTS photographer.

I was in charge of coordinating with extras on costumes. I provided assistance in set guidance for the extras. Utilized interpersonal skills and effective communication and organization.
