- Lead concepting, production, directing and editing of all social video marketing content for in-house creative team at DC Universe. - Oversee field shoots by directing camera operators, composing shots, blocking talent and building shot list for projects such as the Batmobile sweepstakes and fulfillment and the WB Animation Studio Tour. - Produce video for paid and organic media from pre-production including ideation and storyboarding through post-production including editing, motion graphics, song selection, mixing, and mastering. - Pitch content ideas based on analytics that engage, on average, over 5x from baseline across all channels. - Create video production workflow for new WB in-house division including cross team collaboration, vendor sourcing, and 5 repeating video formats. - Manage junior editor and creative intern. - Collaborate and coordinate with team to build out T-minus plans, traffic assets, routing for legal and stakeholder approval and cross-divisional buy-in for projects. - Performed competitive analysis to established best practices and processes for new division including video cadence, formats, and project workflows. - Co-manage YouTube channel that saw a 300k subscriber increase in 7 months. - Create After Effects templates and original animations for the company.

Working with James Wan's trailer cut I edited a super tease of the season premiere.
