Craft Service, catering service, working meals, purchasing supplies, maintenance of 5 crew vehicles including fueling, detailing, and coordinating repairs, mailing tapes and documents to production office, provided support to camera dept. and production team. Assists camera department with equipment loading, labeling tapes, and lighting. Transportation for camera dept. during town B-roll.

Transfer CF card data and backup footage onto daily and archive drives, assist production manager with releases, craft service, participated in on camera drive away, assisted other departments as needed.

Assisted Production Manager and Coordinator with scheduling/bookings, performed all duties related to lunch and craft service, distro and collection of walkies, gave guidance to local PA's for each location, responsible for driving crew to and from airports and locations, assisted with all duties related to working in the field.

Set up and tear down of lunch, performed lock ups, assisted with 1st Team, created cue cards, maintained the integrity of the location, created a recycling system during filming, performed all craft service related duties for final 4 days of filming, assisted with production paperwork, assisted other departments as needed.

Administered walkies and collection of equipment, run crafty to set, assisted with background and 1st Team, performed as a stand-in and background, maintained integrity of locations and relationships with owners, assisted other departments as needed.

Hair, Make-up, and Wardrobe personal assistant to 1st Team. Took still photography for cast portfolio.

Assisted with lunch set up, escorting 1st team to and from set, assisting with set dressing and visual effects, spent 2 out of 4 shoot days assisting the Hair and Make-up department, perform last looks duties, kept extras comfortable under extreme temperature conditions, assisted other departments as needed.

Office to Set distribution to all departments, review start paperwork for all departments, provided support to Key PA and Base Camp PA and ADs. Performed general office duties such as printing, copying, filing, and proofreading documents. Prepared office for AD’s arrival before call and closed down office at wrap.
