Assisted the Costume Superviser, Costumer Designer, and Set Costumer as needed. Duties included, but were not limited to: costume change data entry into SyncOnSet, returns, picking-up costume orders, laundry, organizing stock, running errands, running items to and from set as needed, physically wrapped costumes for storage, and created wrap boxes using SyncOnSet.

Hand stitched headdresses to costume wigs, assisted with costume fittings, sewed costume accent pieces

Assisted Culinary Department with unpacking product, setting-up kitchen and stock room. Assisted Art Department with painting, cleaning, moving furniture and running errands.

Pre-production: assisted with costume fittings and sewing costumes. Production: Set and wrapped cast trailers, assisted cast with costume dressing on set, documented established costumes (photos & notes), monitored costume continuity during filming, dressed background actors as needed. Post-production: wrapped costume trailer.

Received and routed audition participants throughout audition process. Set-up and breakdown of venue for production. Performed miscellaneous tasks as needed.

Assisted Costume Designer with costume prep for lead and background talent. Sewed patches on uniform shirts for specific character's costumes. Pulled costume pieces from warehouse for background talent as needed. Bagged, loaded, and transported costumes and garment rack to location for shooting. Assisted talent with dressing before and after scenes.

Conducted daily pre-production prep (pick-up call sheets, walkies, camera, crafty), provided transportation as needed, completed DPR throughout day, obtained appearance releases as needed, took costume continuity photos, turned in walkies and paperwork to PO at end of day.

Prepared costumes for actors, including pressing and mending as needed. Altered costumes as needed to ensure proper fit and function. Managed costume set-up and breakdown for each performance.
