An annual one-week Summer workshop held at NAU for Native American High School students to promote their voice within Native American culture. Taught students best Studio equipment and positions for different story assignments to create professional newscast.

Annual 6-Week summer workshop held at NAU for Dutch students who attend NHTV Breda University, Netherlands. Resident Assistant: Hosted 300 students from NHTV at NAU. Coordinated student dorm check in/out, meal tickets, ID cards and presented orientation to Campus. Resident Hall Assistant, assisted accumulation to NAU/USA rules and policies. Managed Vendor/Supplier Budgets. Review invoices, purchase orders, expense reports, credit memos and payment transactions. Lab Assistant: taught basic audio/video/studio skills during intensive three-week workshop. Emphasis on production processes, equipment, and software to create live 30-minute broadcast.

NJIT vs Northern Arizona live Men’s Basketball broadcast. Assisting the show Producer before live broadcast with crew information and last minute show content. Responsible for monitoring time for show, including commercial breaks. Coordinating and communicating with Master Control and Producer.

NAZ Today, Northern Arizona’s only live TV news program, shown regionally on Suddenlink Network: naztoday.com. Mastered following skill sets in the following positions: Production Manager, managed production operations, organization of staff, live studio broadcasts, and studio recordings. Director of half-hour live shows. Four Shows per week, including NAZ’ Overtime Sports show once a week. Technical Director, operate and program set design for each show. Using Tricaster 8,000 switcher, to manage flow and direction of show based on Director's cues. Video Editor, edit news reporters’ packages shown on live shows, using Final Cut X, Final Cut 7, Adobe Premiere. Play out Server Operator, export, organize, and operate server to transmit Broadcast to the Network. Floor Director, communicator between studio and control room. Camera Operator, capture and focus live shots using professional station cameras. Commercials, review and import paid spots and PSAs for the show and run on required time slot. Train co-workers on pre, post, and live production. Review and approve station produced visual content to achieve high standards.
