Spearheaded complete transformation of a “stand-still” feature film after legal difficulties and budgetary constraints, improving productivity 100%. Transformed non-union film into union; becoming SAG signatory within 48 hours. Optimized on-field-producing by successfully managing crew of +40, talent, unions, lawyers, casting and vendors to honor all contracts. Re-negotiated talent contract resulting in significant savings.

Coordinated and managed Reality TV series while ensuring schedule compliance, accuracy and quality. Conducted talent acquisition activities including selecting, booking and negotiating rates for celebrity guest judges and photographers. Implemented story ideas for segments, working in team with producers ensuring each episode being versatile and cutting-edge.

Exercised developmental authority over award-winning film (e.g. Hollywood Film Festival); from concept development through production, and festival campaigning. Contributed to all story and cinematic aspects of the film, working closely with Director on in-depth analysis of storyline and script breakdown, pitching creative ideas to solve location and budgetary challenges.

Executed development of Web videos by outlining the information architecture, writing scripts and producing segments to promote and strengthen company brand. Performed comprehensive editing services, advising Creative Executives on digital capabilities and how to maximize branding effectiveness for the company’s no#1 leading product: “Free Credit Report.com”

Partnered with Head of Casting to assemble the perfect cast for the Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, French and Belgian versions of BRAVO's "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills". Maneuvered extreme high call volumes and interviews, gaining participation of top LA females, among others Maria Bravo, Eva Longoria and Beverly D'Angelo.

Worked closely with Spanish Director to produce field segments, often times on 24-hour deadlines. Managed all resources on set, including set up of equipment, scenes, interviews and syncs. Initiated and led several out of state location shoots with extreme short turn around, while monitoring expenditures to meet budgetary goals.

Supervised the Reality TV series’ daily progress and activities while ensuring onscreen continuity, calling out scenes and providing precise and accurate script notes and continuity logs for producers and post-production team.

Coordinated and advised the Swedish production team for all Los Angeles-based activities, identifying, clearing and locking in locations for Reality TV series. Organized and regulated locations, permits, logistics, budget, set design and props according to the needs of each episode.

Casted leads for the Spanish version of the show “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” in LA. Dealt tactfully and effectively with affluent talent while setting up, interviewing and filming meetings and personal interviews. Edited casting sessions, interviews and house visits into reels and presentations to pitch to Creative Executives.

Used high level of celebrity knowledge and judgment to determine the agenda, concepts and content of the assigned segments within the shows. Produced branded segments geared toward target demographic emphasizing latest pop-culture and celebrity trends.

Visually sharpened show segments by researching, identifying and arranging a broad array of audio and video material, while working closely with producers to maximize audience impact and appeal. Interacted and nurtured relationships with several press companies and photo agencies on a daily basis for leasing and clearing media.

Extensively researched and captured material for upcoming episodes of the Ellen DeGeneres show, following current celebrity news through social media, blogs and print editorials.

Contacted and gained participation of key audience members. Coordinated and directed all LIVE show audiences during live show tapings.

Supported Producers by performing research, writing talking points, treatments and interview questions for in-studio/ red carpet/ field shoots. Attended TV set and red carpets visits (e.g. “America’s Got Talent”, “Two and a Half Men”, “Nip/Tuck”, and “How I met your Mother”) to assists producers interviewing celebrity talent.

Worked closely with Creatives and sales team to produce and deliver high acclaimed ad campaigns; commercials, online and magazines all across Europe, which increased profits and resulted in tremendous new business growth for the company.
