Responsible for creating the budget. Hiring production staff and crew. Maintaining the production company and client / agency relationships and needs during the filming process. Maintaining the overall budget. Overseeing the production during the process of pre-production and production.

I assisted the 1st AD on wrangling the talent in and out of hair, make-up and wardrobe and delivering them to set on time.

Helped coordinate travel, crew and equipment on hidden camera jobs in Virginia, California, Colorado and Nashville, TN. Aided in getting releases signed and explained the process to those on camera. Hidden camera spots were for "Walmart Apparel" (VA & CA), "Walmart Steakover Tailgate" (CO) and Walmart Nashville Steakover" (TN).

Worked with talent managers with talent requests for the upcoming performance in Las Vegas, NV. Once on location in Las Vegas, NV worked with talent to get them to and from rehearsal and shows.

I maintain the budget, hire crew and vendors. Oversee the coordinator and PA's with crew, production company, agency and client requests. Process timecard payroll and petty cash while supervising the production coordinator on purchase orders, final numbers, equipment and any details that need handling like wardrobe and props.
