Plan and oversee week long home renovations around Atlanta. Sourcing and carefully coordinating 8-12 vendors in each home during a 48 hour renovation period. Worked closely with on our on-camera designers to develop and implement their design plans. Very hands-on picking up where our vendors left off and pre-reveal punch list items. Handled all trade-out logistics and material sourcing. Planned DIY projects for our talent to do on camera with homeowners.
