 Controlled multiple daily schedules simultaneously by coordinating calls & meetings in a timely manner.  Coordinated multiple business trips for President by organizing and managing travel and schedule.  Developed new unscripted ideas by conducting extensive research, finding talent, and creating decks for all projects.  Authorized and managed entire office including paperwork, inventory, and all additional office activities.

 Managed calendar for Executive Director by scheduling interviews and other important meetings.  Organized office paperwork and inventory by scanning paperwork, updating excel sheets, and ordering supplies.  Oversaw all office activity, managed office phone, and went on multiple runs to ensure smooth office flow.  Assisted casting teams by helping them make board tags, pitch binders, and helping out at final casting events.

 Completed multiple runs throughout Los Angeles in a quick and efficient fashion.  Built and broke down sets.  Organized, loaded, and unloaded supplies from storage.  Assisted Director, Assistant Director and Producers during filming.

 Controlled and managed all social media for the company.  Researched various people, places, and ideas for potential projects.  Created and pitched over 20 original concepts for potential projects by writing mini treatments.  Edited scripts by using script analysis.
