Organize, Make call sheets and send them out to cast and crew, Responsible for cast and crew organization-messaging, arranging times, finding and arranging locations. Responsible for personal release forms, location release forms, permits, sign in/out times for pay. Help out other departments when they are short staffed. Responsible for scheduling and giving assignments to PA’s.
