Managed accounting functions for pre-production to ensure tracking against budgets and documenting costs for submission to internal management. Submitting payroll information processing new hires, reconciling and reporting credit card and petty cash expenditures. Entering purchase orders into the accounting system. Tracking deposits, finding inconsistencies in financial entries, documents, and reports.

Managed production calendar which included scheduling meetings, travel arrangements and anticipating changes.Maintained department archives and collections including releases and location agreements. Assisted during casting calls, prepared call sheets. Set up craft service area, distributed petty cash and supervised several production assistants.

Responsible for managing media files. Uploading and downloading files from FTPs. Transferring files on external hard drives (Mac Formatted). Providing assistant editors with assets. Creating links to vimeo for reviews and approvals. Researching through footage on tapes and files to find specific clips. Preparing Excel sheets and Word documents.
