•Lead creative team through rebranding of entire network from mun2 to NBC Universo, creating a distinct brand position and voice targeted towards a changing demographic.
•Create On-Air promotional strategy for all show launches and weekly topical promotions and oversee execution of all creative assets in collaboration with VP Creative Director and Senior Art Director.
•Oversee and inspire team of on-air producers, editors, copywriters, coordinators and the off-air marketing team to create compelling content and stay on-brand during and after transition to new network.
•Strategize with programming and Telemundo Deportes towards delivering viewers to the NBC Universo broadcast of the Super Bowl, which yielded the highest ratings in the network’s history.
•Maintain good working relationships and collaborate actively for promotions featuring outside and internal partners such as Telemundo Deportes, National Football League (NFL), Nascar, FIFA and NBC Sports.
•Manage all levels of full scale content and image campaign production from concept through completion: pitching treatments, hands-on producing, budgeting, scripting, production team management, rights & clearances, and post-production supervision.
•Interface with internal departments and teams to ensure the promotions produced are representative of the brand, and oversee needs for programming, press, marketing, business affairs, and talent.
•Collaborate with Network Operations in New Jersey to ensure all promotional content and graphics air accurately and on time.
