Managing PA's & assigning appropriate tasks to best implement proficiency during the production - Communicating consistently with the Director & First Assistant Director to execute tasks and usher a smooth production. Responsible for the completion of the Production Report at the end of the day.

Responsible for the Final Edit [as well as all other edits] of the Official Music Video for the debut single "LEX". Adobe Premiere & Adobe SpeedGrade were programs used to edit the Video. Album Artwork and Promotional Material were also developed during the time spent executing the duties of this position

Responsible for the coordination of all production elements & communication with all persons involved in the production. Duties include scheduling, developing/managing calls sheet, release forms, performer agreements, crew deal memo's, and additional necessary paperworks. Also responsible for ensuring that all crew/cast receive & understand said information

Responsible for the development of the vision in correlation with the narrative of the story. Duties include managing all crew / performers, overseeing production design, scheduling, and oversight of everything captured on camera

Responsible for preparing & actualizing the set design, as well as monitoring & creating props when necessary. The set design involved fabrics, spray paint, Oil-based products, miles of black tarp, sculpture work, and atmospheric lighting instruments - including strobe lights, disco balls, and various projection instruments.

Assisting the Production Coordinator & Directors to effectively and efficiently execute tasks, including: directing talent to/from set, stocking coolers with water / keeping the crew hydrated, running errands, assisting in the production office set-up, setting up craft services, and more...

Responsible for the set-up/break down of the "production office", as well as "craft services". Duties also include running errands & retrieving craft services goods, assisting the directors and production coordinator with any necessary or requested tasks, keeping the cast/crew hydrated & set stocked with adequate water supply, and more...

Organizing & Managing set pieces, props, and any additional design elements relevant to the scenes being shot. Duties included the various & necessary elements of interpreting the script in order to design what will be seen on camera, as well as executing the implementation of that design in correlation with Director's vision.

Production Assistant responsibilities range from managing & directing extras to stocking & organizing the wardrobe vehicles. The PA's on "S.O.S. 2" were utilized in a variety of ways - including: making runs, assisting department heads, charging walkies, and assisting set-ups / breakdowns.
