Acquire a working knowledge of the Box Office ticketing system. Process subscriptions orders and subscriber exchanges. Assist with ticket distribution at show times. Generate reports and analyze sales as necessary. Effectively to communicate with others in a manner that ensure clear and mutual understanding of information. Helping guests with reservations in a fast paced, guest friendly environment Daily cash handling Upkeep of customer accounts Customer Service and guest satisfaction.
