I was responsible for getting crews in and out of airports, handling catering, petty cash, crafts services, call sheets, field production reports, releases and managing field pa's. I reported to the production management back in the office and the Producer in the field while traveling. This was a travel show.

Started out in casting, wrangling, scheduling and catering to cast. Then I went on to becoming a set PA doing basic lock up and set PA duties.

Model Coordinator; worked with AD team wrangling models, scheduling, managing start paper work and budget, lunches and transportation.

Worked closely with the 1st & 2nd AD to keep the entire shoot on schedule. Manage all departments from Camera to art to Talent department, making sure all departments are in the right place at the right time with all the tools they need including hair & make-up and wardrobe.

I assisted producers in maintaining schedules. I monitored scheduling for crew both union and non, logged crew hours and updated Production Reports. I monitored cast activities & communicated with the Talent Department to ensure cast is in their respective locations at the appropriate time. I also coordinated with production department.
