Set up and revised production schedules; composed call sheets and production binders. • Booked hotel and travel accommodations. • Sought and received permits and insurance; pursued permissions; researched stock footage, etc. • Acted as a liaison between set and office; performed general office and set/shooting duties.

• Performed various office duties for this Bravo original series. • Worked closely with Executive Producers. • Answered phones, made copies, faxed, composed spreadsheets, acted as a liaison between set and office, etc.

• Arranged to set up shoots, scouted and logged location possibilities, attended shoots in studio and on location, coordinated film permits with the Mayor’s Office. • Worked with Location Coordinator. • Acted as a Liaison between location owners and set dressers.
