Traveled to India and worked with local Bollywood crew to film a short feature length project. Crew didn't speak English so my challenge was communicating with a translator or creatively using body language.

Extensive pre-planning the shot-list, locations, camera format, color, lighting and movement. Collaboration with the Director about these elements and how they evolve throughout. During production, I managed every aspect of the image. From framing, movement to lighting and color. Everything was under the Director's and my scrutiny for detail.

Put together a complete lighting and camera package. Scout locations and conceptualize a shot list with the Director. Budget additional rentals from Fletcher Camera and Thomasson Lighting. Schedule the shots and draft the camera/lighting overheads for each. Operate the camera and manage a crew. Manage footage for production.
