-Help coordinate with and assist the AD team at any level required. -Distribute production schedules and scripts to departments. -Communicate and relay information from AD department to crew. -Monitor and transport talent. - Assist in assembling/moving video village. - Wrangle and direct extras/background talent & vehicles. -Lock down set during filming. - Organize and clear the set of miscellaneous items/equipment after set wrap each day.

-Unload truck, and setup equipment. -Monitor and provide maintenance to equipment during event. -Break down and load equipment back onto the production truck.

-Load-in/Load out production trucks. -Unpack and setup equipment and gear. -Connecting and installing lighting panels. -Unwrap/Wrap cabling. -Build and assemble staging and platforms. -Assembling and disassembling truss. -Assist and support event departments at any level required.
