Executive Producer and Managing Director of start-up video production company. Worked on all facets of the business from pitch deck to post production schedule. • Produced and developed projects on various platforms (i.e. video, film, animation, live, digital formats, etc.). • Hired all crew and production staff - production network includes talented union and non-union members as well as award-winning production companies. • Managed a production pipeline containing a minimum of 20 projects at a time - all in various stages of development. • Created sales materials and pitched new business. Worked with CEO to create and execute a digital editorial & e-commerce strategy, which aligned with SuperShe’s overall vision to grow and develop audience for app, drive video views (on and off-platform), and increase app and site traffic. SuperShe is a start-up that launched in 2017. • Created and oversaw the content slate for SuperShe App and shop-- this included developing and executing an orginal content and programming strategy. - Managed 30+ content providers who created articles and videos. • Used data and trends to strategically plan app and e-commerce launch. • Pivoted daily to support all lines of business (content, marketing, PR, and e-commerce) and managed all of our freelancers and vendors. • Spearheaded social media strategy that resulted in 30% growth in 30 days

Managed in-house team of 12 employees across two offices (New York and Atlanta), as well as freelance contributors. Established new guidelines to improve video production quality across all sites and applications. • Coordinated with The Dr. Oz Show studio and production teams to develop digital-specific content that is featured in-show and on DoctorOz.com. • Managed video budgets across both sites (DoctorOz.com & Sharecare.com) and all platforms. • In one year, my team produced 1,200+ pieces of content featured on The Dr. Oz Show, DoctorOz.com, Sharecare.com, and each brand’s relevant social platforms. This included:  900+ medical expert sit-down interviews, 200+ condition-based videos  120+ videos for The Dr. Oz Show and site – recipe videos, custom animation, and explainer videos  70+ pieces of branded content, which generated over $1.6M in revenue  8 mini-documentaries that featured people and organizations that are improving the lives of the unhealthy/sick • Redesigned videos series—created new graphic opens, implemented a series style guide, and created and maintained the production calendar. • Produced videos that increased overall Facebook engagement time by 145%. • Built a YouTube strategy that increased subscribers by 20% in three months. Streamlined process between sales and content team that produced a 35% increase in projects sold, including a 2018 animation series and 12 new video concepts for sales market offerings.
