• Supported client profitability by managing revenue, resources, and ensuring client P&Ls are in line with the staffing agreements and agency goals. • Worked with Client Services on client financial analysis for month close variances, pricing scenarios, staffing and time reporting, Salesforce, and any reporting required by the client. • Supported client revenue from start to finish including pricing models/negotiations, contracts, onboarding coordination, forecasting and revenue recognition. • Partnered with various finance teams to ensure accurate revenue, invoicing/billings, accruals, cost of sales and inter-company activity adhere to IFRS accounting standards.

• Worked with studio leadership/producers to track project costs and overhead costs against approved budgets, flagging over- ages, and adjusting throughout production • Handled payroll for 20 Union and Non-Union contractors. Approved agency edits (OT, tracking of accumulated PTO, expens- es, etc.) • Citibank PCard management and reconciliation for Production expenses • Helped maintain the budget for Tyler Oakley’s Skybox construction, that overlooked the Ellen stage. Reported overages to pro- ducers • Worked with the Director of Photography to create a cost report for the purchase of cameras for the Digital team • Got approval for P.O. and invoices, then checked PO’s against invoices, and ensured invoices were paid in a timely manner.
