Associate Producer responsible for brainstorming content, creating 5-7 minute segments, booking guests, writing scripts, shooting tape pieces, conducting interviews, supervising edits and assisting senior producer on live set on a daily basis.

• Book highly competitive interviews for daily nationally syndicated news show. Research and gather segment elements, coordinate all aspects of shoot both in the field and newsroom, liaise with EP and producers, supervise edits, set up live shots and satellite feeds, work with affiliates, book experts and talking heads, cover pressers, negotiate contracts to secure guests. • Assignment Desk: Keep EP updated on all overnight breaking news, book camera crews for remote shoots, obtain all proper media credentials, ensure all tapes arrive in time for morning edits, cover press conferences, send out morning call sheets.

• Assist Director and AD to ensure all cast members are prepared with updated scripts and call sheets for feature film shoot. • Assist crew with lighting, shot composition, and sound; scout locations, supervise script, and coordinate props. • Manage production assistants, set-up and tear down set; manage crew’s availability and schedules.

UPM/Producer Managed all crew, DP's, equipment, lighting, sound, hair & makeup, props, editing, post, transportation, obtain insurance certificates, craft foods, hiredPA's, handled talent and obtained proper release forms. Scouted and booked locations, managed budget, created shot lists, shooting schedules, call sheets, and ran production meetings.

Assist crew and talent with all needs; set up and strike set; handle deliveries, craft services, assist wardrobe and art department; handle props, assist sound AD.

• Report to GM; maintain calendar, coordinate travel; reconcile expenses, manage interns; manage office • Assist segment producers for live 5pm show LX New York; supervise greenroom and prep celebrity guests; work directly with set director; coordinate shoots and arrange travel for reporters; coordinate messengers; communicate with control room; coordinate all props

• Report directly to co-anchor • Provide anchor with scripts, prepare anchor with all needs pre and post live show. • Liaise between the anchor and producers to ensure accurate delivery of breaking news • Prepare extensive research and confirm news facts; Coordinate shoot logistics, work with PR coordinator on all special events

Ingest Tape, research and pitch stores, pull video from Atlanta and NY Bureau, mic and prepare guests for interviews, participate in production meetings, present for script review and editing, printing scripts on set, assist production team, present in control room.
