Scheduled logistics for shoots in Shreveport, LA & in Bimini, Bahamas, processed & approved payroll, worked with safety consultant on weapons and water scenes, liaison for the production team and the Bahamas resort, successfully directed the transportation of equipment to and from the remote island of Bimini with limited shipping options.

Coordinated 4 sizeable “challenge” shoots, manage six PAs, facilitated crew needs on the various locations (theaters, Universal backlot, Ellen DeGeneres sound stage), generated purchase orders, verified start paperwork was completed correctly.

Created production calendar, handled all vendors and gear rentals, processed & approved payroll, worked with safety consultant on network approved creative (weapons & boating scenarios), submitted workmen’s comp claim

Coordinated all daily office operations, generated production reports, created crew list and production reports, managed three office PAs.

Booked travel to various US cities for 30 cast/crew/Executives, managed payroll and submitted to offsite LP, trouble-shoot unforeseen circumstances with 100% success rate, generated call sheets & PRs, organized the ground transportation for a crew of 30 for all “road trips” shoots.

Coordinated the day-to-day responsibilities of the production office, manage the office PA's and regenerate PO's, reconciling the company AMEX, generate the PR , reviewed episodes to verify all material releases were on file and obtained any outstanding releases

For the pilot I was responsible ordering gear, assist with payroll, create crew list, vendor list, generate the call sheet and Production Reports. Order catering and expendables for the show.

Created Production Reports, coordinated day-to-day functions of the production office, communicated with the field team on schedule and changes.

I was responsible for securing locations for free and generating permits. I would assist the Line Producer on booking crew and generating Call Sheet and Production Reports.

Fulfilled all day-to-day coordinating duties. Processed releases from thefield and submitted to post.
