I broke down and scheduled script and collaborated with the Director, Tim Kirkman, and producer Kathryn Francis Tucker, on creating and building a $250,000 budget for the film. During principle production, my responsibilities included managing the working budget, handling payroll and PO’s, securing insurance and permits, hiring crew etc.

Film Directed by Nino Aldi. I built and managed both the schedule and the budget for this short. Handled casting calls. Hired crew, scouted and secured locations, secured insurance and permits. Short is currently in post-production.
