• Organize and manage media for ingest into Avid shared storage solution. • Coordinate with production teams on media management needs for shoots. • Archive, catalog and prepare media for LTO storage at the end of the production cycle. • Train Associate Producers in Media Management for field shoots.

• Monitor shared edit storage to maintain performance and capacity. • Assist in development and implementation of department storage and archive strategy. • Maintain department footage archive following best practices for logging, metadata enrichment and security. • Prepare content for deep storage in the Viacom corporate archive and retrieve content for production team. • Assist in user support and project management for the Music Group’s cloud-based review and approval system. • Monitor Viacom digital master delivery portal and provide technical delivery support. • Maintain digital delivery specifications, website and tracking documents. • Assist in final delivery of Content Production Group content. • Provide production, editing, metadata and distribution support for live events and tentpoles. • Assist in research, development and implementation of live production workflows and technology. • Support Senior Director of Content Production on digital initiatives. • Provide support for production, live streams and corporate events.
