I worked for The QYOU as a TBD Network dedicated employee. I would watch the network content daily before air date to ensure it met FCC Standards and Practices Guidelines. I would check content for quality control to ensure the episodes made sense and that there were no dropped frames, odd edits, or similar errors that could negatively effect the broadcast. I would go on runs, organize craft services, and communicate between talent and producers. I pitched show ideas, social campaign ideas, and performed research for current shows. I would also mine and edit show footage for social media promotional material as well as build out show rundowns to be delivered to post production.

Printing out casting breakdowns, emailing, scheduling, maintaining business meetings for talent manager, managing outgoing and incoming calls, coordination with talent for auditions, uploading and emailing self-tapes, editing sizzle reels.

Sending out call sheets, making cast and crew lists, coordinating information between key crew, printing out and maintaining paperwork, filling out SAG paperwork.

Unloading and setting up equipment, managing craft services, coffee runs, assisting with camera setups and lighting.

Create budget, hire crew, coordinate locations, draw up paperwork for contracts, obtain production insurance, break down script, manage preproduction, manage production, manage post production, give notes on film edits, supervise lower level crew as well as key crew.
