Assist the Coordinator and Producers with load-in, NDA's, start PW, PO's, and wrapping out the production. The project was promotional material for a new Apple TV+ show coming out soon.

Act as the Production arm on location for Discovery's new, unreleased Docu-Series "RONR". Coordinate constantly changing travel schedules in remote Idaho due to weather, availability, and other various conditions. Ensure all protocols are followed in regards to crew safety, permits, taking care of gear, and paperwork.

Coordinate the prep, shoot, and wrap of YSL's Live Fashion Show, Commercial, and RVS Brand Activations. Source equipment/crew and negotiate rates. Orchestrate the logistics of transporting crew from various locations (France & Los Angeles). Act as the point person on set for any questions/needs. Track costs, receipts, paperwork, and petty cash for the entirety of the project.

Coordinate crew shuttles to and from location. Block off areas of the location from the public for car hero shots. Land equipment, shuttles, and VIP in designated areas. Ensure each department is set up where permitted. Work with security to protect the company's gear and vehicles.

Coordinate the prep of a Dior commercial. Responsibilities include sourcing & negotiating gear, crew, and catering. Shoot date TBD.

Worked directly with company executives and UTA to develop, sell, and produce TV shows. Involved in all stages of production for Youtube Red’s unscripted series, Ultimate Expedition. Produced The Dudesons’ Youtube and Twitch channels to an audience of over 5M subscribers. Kept extensive notes of meetings and managed company workflow. Executive Assistant to the President, Jukka Hilden, throughout 2017.

Lead a team of Production Assistants to help keep the shoots moving as quickly and efficiently as possible. Ensure that creatives receive call sheets, shot lists, and schedules each day.
