Assist the 1st AD with Scheduling, managing talent, Script supervising, Scene contininutiy, communicating with all department heads, ennsuring union protocals were in tact, making requests and plans for next shoot day.

I reasearched, contacted, scheduled, and questioned talent for 60 second interstials. I coordinated schedules wth my crew and the talent as well as followed this project from pre to post production ensuring that th edit was complete well before our deadline in a matter that was within the stipulations that the prduction company needed. I convinced the talent to agree to film with us during a very busy time in their city.

I researched and found talent. I scheduled their interviews. Prepped them for the interviews, hired crew, Conducted pre-production meetings to convey what was needed during the shoot, coached talent during interviews. Communicated with the DP regarding the shots and look that was desired for each scene, ensured that pdfs of releases were completed and uploaded for each person/location, Ensured that deliverables and drives were sent to correct location, commuicated with editor regarding the final product including musical selections.

Recruit, coach, and rally speakers willing to be recorded after a worship service. Positioning the speakers ensuring that they look great on camera. Interviewing the speakers in order to capture their true commitment and understanding of their organization. Getting footage that will draw people to become members of their organization. Coaching the speakers on how to state their answers so that it can be edited well.

Production Assistant / Swing Grip / Teleprompter Operator

Assist crew with travel, meals, uploading legal forms, Covid compliance scheduling and protocols.

I worked with the Producer, other PA's, HMU, and Wardrope departments to assisting talent with acclamation to the prep area, ensuring that we stayed on schedule, and coordination of transportation to set and from set. On set I assisted the Producer with set design and prop positioning. I arranged meals for the talent and crew as well as maintaining a clean and safe prep area for the talent and crew. Essentially I did whatever was asked of me. Happily.
