Production Coordinator for "Motocross." Booked cast & crew housing, arranged transportation for the lead name talent, interfaced with locations and hotels, handled equipment rentals and expendables purchases, managed a variety of paperwork tasks including insurance forms and start packets. Was also on location during filming and handled a wide variety of situations that arose, large and small.

Secures distribution contracts with OTT networks. Showrunner. Oversees show from pre- through post-production, manages crew, locations, asset handling, editing, marketing and funding. Represents show at public events with lead talent.

All scheduling and arrangements for two one-day shoots for a PSA, one in Los Angeles and one in Oakland. Did all crew hiring, and wore many hats on this micro-crew, including Director and 1st AD tasks. Delivered all assets on time and to budget.

Detailed shot logging for two cameras, sound file logging including wild sound, overseeing continuity, giving lines, catching missed shots.

On-set field/line producing, pre-production crew acquisition, social media/PR, managing talent releases, working with the director on film festival entries, etc. Maintains on-set master binder of reference documents for the crew (call sheets, location information, breakdowns with props and costume sets, DooD pages, annotated shooting script, etc.)

Writes VO scripts, segment introductions, and suggested interview questions and topics. Has also written the show's treatment, bible, and all marketing and documentation.

I hire all talent and crew, secure most of the interviews and locations (including last-minute substitutions), obtain releases, manage the shoot at all locations, oversee the entire post production process including detailed paper edits, and approve the final edit.
