● Oversee NBCUniversal studio and control room production for live Programming ● Work closely with Transmission, Assignment Desk & Guest Bookers to ensure remotes are executed as planned ● Manage crews (union & non-union) during breaking news, sports, and entertainment events ● Fax out control room, studio & route remotes into wall prior to broadcast ● Isolate, identify & resolve technical issues with studio, production and control room in a timely fashion ● Facilitate last minute production requests as needed by Executive & Senior Producer

● Facilitate, book & traffic live remote transmissions for ABC News productions across multiple platforms ● Work in harmony with producers, technical managers, and Assignment Desk during breaking news ● Procure both internal as well as external resources for remote origination ● Execute IP transmissions using TVU, LiveU, Dejero and other related software ● Route video as appropriate to monitor feeds, QC, and provide signals to other divisions of the business ● Coordinate feeds with newsgathering, control rooms, ingest, master control facilities, bureaus, show operations, and live streaming operations ● Prioritize & resolve signal problems in time-sensitive situations ● Book Track orders in internal transmission system utilizing Scheduall ● Generate and distribute daily booking reports & equipment status updates ● Check and distribute TVU gear for field crews

• Manage all incoming media in digital newsroom & retrieve archived material based on immediate needs • Ensure that video assets are recorded, catalogued & restored in accordance with production workflow • Work closely with News Acquisitions team to coordinate ad-hoc field & political feeds • Communicate with show Producers regarding break-ins & pre-tapes to ensure that plans are properly executed • Monitor video sources, distribution lists for breaking news events with limited supervision • Route field and programming sources to appropriate channels via Avid Capture Manager & Gui • Identify, troubleshoot & resolve technical issues with News Acquisitions team & Maintenance • Work both independently and as a team member as needed (in office & remote) • Liaise with Operations and Production personnel to identify when media may be deleted from local storage

• Maintain accurate playout of network content for live shows & file based pre-records • Oversee all incoming studio, remote & affiliate feeds on digital server • Work closely with assignment desk, producers & post-production to ensure program assets are available for newscasts • Manage digital content & restore offline elements as needed • Count in Directors for livestreams & time out shows with Line Producers • Anticipate, react & resolve system anomalies as necessary to maintain on-air status • Review, position & remove graphics in appropriate sections of webcast

• Manage Medscape’s post-production deliverables through Workfront Project Management tool • Oversee video/audio program production through project completion • Act as liaison to stakeholders for cross-team communication with minimal supervision • Work closely with producers, video editors, coders & internal clients to ensure timely deliveries • Assign video production & post-production tasks/issues to editors and coders • Perform quality control checks for video content prior to online delivery • Track, coordinate and implement last minute production fixes • Liaise with team members to resolve queries/conflicts with content updates • Identify workflow gaps and streamline process for efficiencies • Schedule virtual shoots with special guests and expert commentators

• Manage incoming/outgoing media assets for AMC Brand Creative • Deliver AMC Networks content to partners on time and to the required technical specifications • Oversee archiving of promos in digital library utilizing Avid Technologies • Prioritize workload based on immediate need to ensure deliveries meet deadline • Work closely with Producers and Production Management to acquire digital assets needed for editing • Perform quality control checks for video content prior to broadcast delivery • Identify, analyze and resolve problems with servers and editing • Train new recruits on digital delivery workflows • Document media management processes and procedures
