Assisting film crew cover 4-5 shows a day throughout the week.

Assistance to festival production team, visitors and filmmakers and presenters.

• Facilitating the post production of all media and video features for the live televised Ophir Awards. • Liaison and coordination with candidates and acquiring materials. • VIP and candidate assistance and camera support during event.

Subtitle translation and editing for over 100 television series' in various genres, including sitcoms, reality, children's, lifestyle and Nickelodeon and MTV productions.

• Recruitment of hosts and coordinating accommodation for international guests. • Follow-up and assistance to international filmmakers and guests during festival. • Escorting honorary festival guest, Italian director Dario Argento, throughout his visit.

• Initiating and coordinating cross-promotional activity with clients such as TV networks and film distribution companies. • Interactive gaming production to match each client's needs and standards. • Implementation of promotional activities. • Bookkeeping, assistance to CEO and office administrative support.

• Project assessment and reporting prior to program acquisition. • Creating dubbing and localization schedules and budgets. • Developing relationships with production companies globally. • Arranging intake of video, creative and marketing materials and obtaining creative/legal approvals for each program. • Briefing, supervising, price negotiation and progress follow-up on all dubbing projects with vendors and recording studios. • Troubleshooting and adjustment according to changes in network plans and needs. • Coordination of translation, voice castings and recordings, subtitles, and graphics and final approval of all dubbing and creative materials and quality for broadcasting. • Liaison between network departments. • Database management, order entry, data filing, and accounting.
