Production Assistant apart of the registration table during auditions in Atlanta, Georgia. Responsible for welcoming the people auditioning, understanding logistics and age requirements for auditioning for the show. Kept and maintained upbeat attitude for people excited to audition for The Voice.

Kept the continuity of the film with props, set, hair, and the actions of the actors during a scene. Recorded notes for the director and editor during the shoot.

Assisted the Production Coordinator with picking up and dropping off crew at the airport. Loading the gear and transporting it to each location. Assisted the Director of Photography and Assistant Camera with lighting and making the set camera ready.

Assisted the Production Manager with managing other PAs with releases, created releases, filed release forms for all participants in order, with corresponding photo and number and helped manage PAs with other on set duties. Drove camera team to shoot B-roll. Assisted camera team with equipment and finding locations for B-roll of the city. Drove crew in 15 passenger van, mini van and cargo van and a runner for the show.

I was the talent production assistant for Mr. George Lopez. I ran errands, both for production and for Mr. Lopez, I drove a Ford Escalade, dropped off call sheets to his hotel and kept cooler and snacks fully stocked at all times.

Worked with the art department with buying materials for the renovation, kept work space clean, painted where they needed. Drove crew and hauled materials in both a mini van and cargo. Placed complex/large orders for lighting and other needs for the art department. Picked up rental cars and crew from airport.

Made runs for the camera operators in the convention center. Was a boom operator for the opening corporate skit for the convention.

Drove 16 person GM van, posted notices, ran errands, bought various items for crew and talent, drove band members to hotels, and remained ready for any needs on the tour

Helped coordinate all production, kept the band and crew informed and supervised. Kept logistics and filming on schedule. Kept the filming up to safety standards. Also created and kept daily call sheets in order.

Drove production van. Made sure all copies and forms were made, helped producers with all logistics and some of the budget, handled on set needs, supervised all production assistants, maintaining scheduling. Helped dress the set.

Took photos for that are used as props in the film. Was also the Behind the Scenes Photographer. Shot stills on Nikon for the film website and any other promotional purposes for the film. Edited all BTS photos for Expect Delays.

Assists the producer with film. Organized scripts, helped script supervisor, took BTH photos and video for film, managed extras on set, assist with promotions and made calls.

Audience crew member: escorting and filling bleachers during production. Broke down set once filming was done.
