Coordinated from the New York office for a baking competition special shooting in Los Angeles. Researched and booked talent and crew travel, including flights, rental cars and long-term hotel stays. Negotiated rates with various shoot vendors, including travel vendors, expendables, honeywagons, studios, etc. Sourced Los Angeles-based green screens and office spaces for crew. Helped organize and manage releases and start paperwork coming in from the field. Reconciled all show expenses.

Full-time staff position. Providing coordinating support for a number of Eastern properties in various stages of production. This position includes hiring crew for office and field, stepping into the field when needed, researching development projects, working with talent, processing field and payroll paperwork, and generally doing whatever else is asked.
